At Indigofera Beauty, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction. Please review our refund policy below for information regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Returns
We accept returns of unopened and undamaged items within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging, and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for used items, gift cards, or sale items.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at indigoferabeautyshop@gmail.com. You are responsible for the  shipping cost, and we do not provide return labels. Please ensure that your return is properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that sale items are non-refundable, and we do not issue refunds on such purchases.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please take the following steps:
Check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before refunds are posted.
